Shipping & Returns


Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time (preparing for shipping): 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time (International shipping): 2-3 weeks, while due to recent COVID-19 impact, some orders may expect a delay of 1-2 weeks.

Shipping Charge: FREE for all orders sitewide


1. Processing time refers to the time that an order needs to be packed, labeled and delivered to the carrier for transportation.

2. Receiving time can increase due to unexpected delays caused by Holidays, bad weather or other factors.

3. Please expect multiple packages when ordering multiple products, as items might come from different warehouses.

4. Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email about the order details. And once the order is shipped out, our system will send you an email with tracking number for you to track your order status. Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Return Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  • *Only defective or regular priced items can be returned and fully refunded back to the original payment method! Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded!
  • Return request must be raised to our customer service team at service@chicstyleshop.com within 7 days of the delivery date and items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date with a tracking number updated to our customer service team at service@chicstyleshop.com once shipped out.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
  • CHICSTYLESHOP does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely manner, we will not issue refund for that. Please email service@chicstyleshop.com for assistance.)
  • Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, CHICSTYLESHOP will not issue refund for your returns.

Additional notes: 

1. My shoes do not fit, and I want to return them. What should I do?

No worries! We accept shoe exchange and returns up to 30 days after delivery of your order so long as the shoes are unworn, show no signs of wear, and are returned in their original packaging along with the original label. We'll ship the new shoes to you or refund for you within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.

Note: Shoe exchange and returns are subject to all standard return policies and procedures.

2. My package is returned to CHICSTYLESHOP, what should I do?

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or $25 USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs. 

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. CHICSTYLESHOP does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

3. Out of Stock items: we issue refunds to the original form of payment used if any items on the order sold out and we are unable to replenish in a timely manner.

4. How do I return a product?

1). To return a product simply email us at service@chicstyleshop.com within 7 days of the delivery date to receive the return instructions. Together with the email, please attach 2-3 pictures of the item(s) along with the reason for return and also insert the order number like #CHICSTYLE in the email subject.

2). Once you receive the return address, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice within 30 days of the delivery date. Please update tracking number to our customer service team at service@chicstyleshop.com once shipped out, and notice that lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements. 

3). Once the item is returned at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • For orders not shipped out yet, we can support cancellation and partial refund after charging 15% cancellation fee of the whole order amount.
  • For orders that have been shipped out, we cannot support cancellation.
